Deep Cleaning

A thorough top-to-bottom cleaning that brings back the sparkle and freshness to your home. We focus on hard-to-reach areas, removing built-up dust and grime.

Recommended every 3–6 months or whenever your home needs a reset. Great before holidays, special occasions, or when you want your space to feel like new again.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
What it is:
A complete cleaning for an empty home before or after a move. We clean every room, including the inside of cabinets, drawers, and closets.
Who it's for:
Ideal for tenants, homeowners, or landlords preparing a property for moving in, moving out, sale, or rent — ensuring it looks spotless and ready for the next chapter.
Post-Construction Cleaning
What it is:
A detailed cleaning after renovation or remodeling. We remove construction dust, residue, and debris so your home is move-in ready.

Perfect for anyone finishing a renovation who wants to enjoy their beautiful new space without the stress of post-construction cleanup.
What We Don't Do
To ensure the safety of our staff and provide the highest quality service within our expertise, there are certain tasks we are unable to perform.
Hazardous or Biological Materials
We do not handle biological contamination such as feces, urine, blood, decaying food, animal remains, or waste.
Insects and Rodents
We do not service properties with active infestations — including fleas, cockroaches, bed bugs, mice, rats, or any other pests.
Mold
We do not perform mold removal, treatment, or disinfection. If mold is present, it must be professionally remediated before cleaning.
Toxic Substances
We do not clean areas containing toxic chemicals, industrial or construction waste, or other hazardous materials.
Heavy Items and Heights
Our team does not move heavy furniture or appliances, and we do not clean surfaces above a two-step ladder height.
Specialized Cleaning
We do not provide industrial cleaning, or remove rust, soot, cement, paint, or perform exterior pressure washing (unless specifically included in your order).
Cluttered or Trash-Filled Areas
Before cleaning, the space must be free of excessive clutter. We do not remove trash, construction debris, or personal belongings.
Personal Items
We do not clean inside personal desks, drawers, cabinets, or safes unless this is arranged in advance.
Late-Cancel & Reschedule Policy
Canceling too close to your appointment affects our team's schedule and travel. Here's how this works:
When fees apply
Within 24–48 hours of your start time: 50% late-cancel fee
(reschedules in this window are treated as cancellations).
Within 24 hours, same-day changes, no-show / lock-out
(no access, no answer at door, safety/utility issues): 100% fee.
What is charged
The applicable percentage (50% or 100%) is calculated from your booking total.
If we arrive and cannot start due to access or safety issues
(no running water/electricity, biohazards, active infestation), it is treated as a late-cancel/no-show.
Deposits (one-time large jobs)
Deep, Move-In/Out, Post-Construction require a 25–50% deposit at booking.
Refundable if canceled ≥ 72 hours before start; non-refundable if < 72 hours.
If the late-cancel fee exceeds the deposit, the difference may be charged to the card on file.
How to avoid fees
Text or email us to reschedule ≥ 48 business hours in advance.
Ensure we can access the property and that utilities are on at the start time.
Authorization
By checking "I agree and authorize late-cancel charges", you authorize Pure Soul to charge the card on file under
this policy if a late cancellation, same-day change, no-show, or lock-out occurs.

What’s included in Standard vs Deep Clean?
Standard is everyday upkeep (floors, surfaces, kitchen & bathroom refresh, tidy finish). Deep focuses on buildup and detail work (baseboards/trim, more thorough kitchen & bathroom attention).
How do you calculate pricing? Any hidden fees?
Pricing depends on service type, home size, condition, and selected add-ons.
No surprise charges — if we notice anything unusual (heavy buildup, extreme pet hair, etc.), we confirm before starting.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not required. Many clients provide entry instructions (keypad, lockbox, concierge).
We can send quick text updates: arrival / finish.
What add-ons are most popular?
Inside fridge, oven, blinds, interior windows, baseboards (entire floor), extra pet hair removal,
and “extra room” (office, guest room, etc.).
Is Move In / Out for empty homes only?
Yes — Move In/Out is designed for empty homes. If the home is not empty, Deep Clean is usually a better fit.
Do you do post-renovation / post-construction cleaning?
Yes. This service targets fine dust and residues (multiple dust passes, careful wipe-downs on reachable surfaces).
We don’t handle hazardous materials — if you’re unsure, share photos first.
What’s your reschedule / cancellation policy?
Please reschedule as early as possible so we can adjust the route. Late cancellations may have a fee,
based on the booking terms shown at checkout.
